University Technology Club to Be Established in SW China

Microsoft announced the establishment of a technology club in Sichuan University Sunday, which will be the first university technology club in southwest China.

Microsoft has committed itself to providing technology support for the club, as well as holding technology lectures and latest software shows to Sichuan university students.

At today's club establishment ceremony, Dr. Xuedong Huang, general manager of Microsoft's Speech Net Group, discussed network technology, research method and system culture of Microsoft with experts and professors of Sichuan University.

There are seven other university technology clubs in China.
