Advanced technology will be introduced to build up a high-capacity and speedy public network of high quality and reliability, in a hope to satisfy demands of various users. The construction of entry network will also be sped up to shorten the distance between optical conjecture and individual user to 3-500 meters within one or two years. To stretch its optical fiber to towns or especially villages in rural areas will be emphasized. The business subscriber of the behemoth can enjoy entry bandwidth capacity of 10M-100M and 1.5M for individual common user. Meantime, the company will optimize the Internet and upgrade its rate in a hope to earn a brand name.
