Shanghai Trade Institute Marks 40th BirthdayAbout 200 people have gathered in Shanghai Wednesday to celebrate the 40th birthday of the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.Attending the ceremony are Zhou Murao, vice mayor of Shanghai and president of the institute, delegates from universities in America, Canada, Australia, Japan and other countries. The institute has established a working relationship with over 20 foreign universities so far. More than 2,000 students are now studying in the institute. The institute is regarded as a key base in China to educate people with a high-level of foreign economic and trade background. |
