Shanghai Bank, Securities Firms Sign Agreement
The
Shanghai
Pudong Development Bank and the Guangda Securities Co. Ltd signed a cooperative agreement Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the two sides will offer each other priority services and share information. The bank will grant 600 million yuan in loans to Guangda to help the securities firm expand its domestic and overseas markets.
The agreement marked strengthened working relationship between banks, securities firms and insurance companies in Shanghai.
