Chinese Trade Minister Meets African Counterparts

Chinese foreign trade minister Shi Guangsheng met with four African ministers Wednesday and exchanged views with them on the further expansion of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.

The four ministers were: Malian Minister of Industry, Commerce and Transports Toure Alimata Traore, Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs Habib Ben Yahia, Tunisian Minister of International Cooperation and Foreign Investments Fethi Merdassi and Eritrean Minister of International Cooperation, Macro-policy and Economic Coordination Berhane Abrehe.

The African guests are here to attend the China-Africa Cooperation Forum which opened Tuesday.
