HK Chief Executive Unveils Policy Address
Tung Chee Hwa, chief executive of the
Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), began to deliver the annual policy address at the Legislative Council Wednesday afternoon in Hong Kong.
This is Tung's fourth policy address since he became the HKSAR chief executive in mid-1997 when Hong Kong returned to China.
