China Mobile (Hong Kong) to Make IPO
China Mobile (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., has submitted an application to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for offering 1005 million shares from which US$6575 million will be raised.
The quantity of shares as well as amount raised was based on the closing price of HK$51 on Oct 3 and yet not finally set. China Mobile will itinerate international roadshows starting from next Monday. The actual price will be set by the end of this month. (Panorama)
