Western Japan Rocked by Another Strong QuakeA fairly strong earthquake rocked western Japan Sunday, two days after a more powerful tremor buckled streets, knocked down houses and paralyzed traffic for hours in a nearby region, officials said.The magnitude 5.4 earthquake was centered 6.2 miles beneath eastern Shimane state, located 380 miles southwest of Tokyo, the Meteorological Agency said.
