Shenzhen to Launch China's First Joint-stock Hi-tech Title Bourse

Shenzhen International Hi-tech Title Bourse, limited and the first of its kind, will be formally inaugurated in the city of Shenzhen in October.

Only permitted negotiator will have a changeless seat in the capacity of an agent or dealer on the exchange. In this bourse, all listed technological items must be recommended by the negotiators, and all bargains will enjoy many a varied preferential treatment given by Shenzhen government in land use, borrowing loans, taxation and industrial and commercial registration.

Reports say Shenzhen International Hi-tech Title Bourse will admit thirty negotiators, which must have strong strength and high reputations, and their registered capital must exceed RMB$10 million.

Shenzhen International High-tech Title Bourse has started to recruit its first batch of negotiators and special service institutions since September 27.
