DPRK Offers to Fly South Koreans to Pyongyang

planned to fly South Koreans to Pyongyang for the anniversary of the founding of the Communist party on October 10, according to a report by the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
"A plane from the North is expected to arrive at Kimpo airport (in Seoul) at 9 a.m. on October 9 to bring them to Pyongyang," KCNA said.
But Seoul"s Unification Minister Park Jae-kyu later said it would hold talks with the North on Monday on how to get the South Koreans to Pyongyang.
