China Supports Beijing's Bid for Olympic Games, Jiang

Jiang Zemin
said Tuesday the Chinese government and people will fully support the efforts of Beijing to bid for hosting the 2008 Olympic Games.
Jiang made the remark at a meeting with the Chinese sports delegation that just had a record harvest of 59 medals, including 28 gold, at the Sydney Millennium Olympic Games.
