Foreign Art on Display at the Sixth China Art Festival

Three foreign art exhibitions opened Friday at China's Sixth Art Festival. The Festival opened yesterday in Nanjing, capital city of east China's Jiangsu Province.

The three foreign exhibitions, include "China in the Eyes Of Foreign Photographers", the "African Art Exhibition" and the "Danish Modern Design Exhibition". It is the first time that foreign art exhibition has been included in a Chinese art festival.

"China in the Eyes of Foreign Photographers" consists of pictures taken by thirteen famous photographers. China's landscapes feature prominently in the exhibition.

Works by almost 200 of the best calligraphers from China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and thirteen other countries are also on display.
