Stamps Launched to Mark Sino-Cuban Ties
China and
Cuba
issued a set of two stamps Tuesday marking the 40th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between China and Cuba.
The stamps, entitled "Seaside Scenery", features the seaside scenes in the coastal city of Wenchang in China's southernmost province of Hainan and a city in Cuba.
Arberto Rodnguez Arufe, Cuban Ambassador to China, attended the launching ceremony in Wenchang.
Each of the two stamps has a face value of 80 cents.
