Chinese State Councilor Back in Beijing
Chinese State Councilor Wu Yi arrived in Beijing Monday after visiting Iceland and Denmark and
attending the China Pavilion Day activities at the Expo 2000 of Hanover in Germany.
Wu left Beijing on September 14. During her official visit to the two north European countries, she was met by Iceland President Olafur R. Grimsson, Danish Queen Margrethe II, and the prime ministers of the two countries respectively.
Wu also exchanged views with their foreign ministers and trade ministers on diverse issues including trade and economic cooperation.
