Enterprises in Western Regions Urged to Finance From World Market
Liang Dingbang, Chief Consultant of China Securities Regulatory Commission said should the enterprises in the western regions want to get financed from the world capital market, they have to approach to some intermediary institutions in the international market for help.
How can the western enterprises get financed from the international capital market? Liang said there are some fairly good enterprises in the west, but a very important thing is for us to do better some fundamental work before reformation. That is to perfect structures of legal person in enterprises, and to raise all sorts of funds by making use of the method in the capital operation so as to carry out market exploitation and let play the potential to the greatest extent.
He said the enthusiasm for great development in the west can help catalyze some outstanding enterprises, and thus promote the economic development there. The capital market is a floating one with its capital always fluxing to the best-benefited places. The strategy for the development in China's west will promote the economic growth, which can help the outstanding enterprises to boom. And accordingly these enterprises will further spur the growth in economy to stimulate the influx of capital, thereby forming a benign circle.
