Charge to International Telecommunication Looks to Be Reduced Greatly

The high-ranking official in China Telecom declared that A 38,000-kilometer optical fiber cable system linking 33 countries in Asia and Europe went into operation on the 15th, and the China Telecom participated in the project with investment and construction.
