Tianjin Sets Up Air Express Mail Service Supervision Center
An air express mail service supervision center, set up by Tianjin Custom, opened Monday, which is supposed to greatly promote the express mail business in Tianjin.
Sources with Tianjin Custom said the latest statistics show that mail business volume through the Tianjin Custom has reached 360,000 pieces a year, among which some 87,000 are air express mail.
Although there are eight companies in Tianjin conducting international air express mail services, complaints and problems still remain due to various reasons.
"We hope to provide better express mail services through setting up this supervision center," said a custom official.
According to the official, two other express mail service centers will soon be set up in the city.(
