Tibetan Offical Meets American Guests
Xu Mingyang, Vice Chairman of theTibet Autonomous Regional government met Saturday with Daway Zhou, a senior member of the management group of the China Star Weekly and CSTV of the U.S. and her party.
Xu briefed the guests on the achievements in Tibet in recent years. He told the guests that the Tibetan people are leading a happy life.
Daway said that she was impressed by her first trip to Tibet, adding that she has the responsibility to provide a true description about Tibet for the American people.
China Star Weekly, located in Chicago, and its subordinate CSTV are two Chinese media organizations.
