China's first website on securities and brokerage opened Tuesday in Datong City, Shanxi Province.

The website -- www.dtsbc.com.cn -- features timely market, investment and financial news and information as well as consultant services available in the fields of securities and brokerage.

The website is sponsored by the Datong Securities and Brokerage Co., Ltd., one of the country's earliest firms in the sector.
