Vice Premier Joins Overseas Chinese to Celebrate Moon Festival

Chinese Vice Premier Qian Qichen attended a tea party with overseas Chinese and their relatives in Beijing Monday to celebrate the Moon Festival, which falls Tuesday.

More than 200 overseas Chinese and their relatives attended the tea party, held by the Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs of the State Council.

Guo Dongpo, director of the office, said at the tea party that the government will continue to improve its services for overseas Chinese in other countries and returned overseas Chinese and their relatives residing in China.
