Kim, who is in charge of concrete inter-Korean affairs, will meet with South Korean Unification Minister Park Jae-kyu Monday afternoon to discuss inter-Korean issues, especially the reconnection of the Seoul-Shinuiju Railroad, government officials said. He is scheduled to attend a banquet hosted by South Korean Prime Minister Lee Han-dong Wednesday and meet with President Kim Dae-jung Thursday before he returns to the DPRK capital. During his visit, Kim and his eight-member delegation, will visit the southern resort island of Cheju, the ancient city of Kyongju, and Pohang Iron and Steel Corporation.
