Secretary Kim Arrives in Seoul as Scheduled for Talks with Kim DJ
Secretary Kim Yong-sun of The Workers Party of
DPRK
flew into Seoul Monday for a four-day visit to discuss implementation of the South-North Joint Declaration and DPRK leader Kim Jong-il's possible visit to Seoul.
Kim Yong-sun led an eight-member delegation to Seoul in his capacity as a special envoy for Chairman Kim Jong-il of the National Defense Commission.
