Over Hundred High-tech Enterprises Set Foot in Qinghua Technology Park
Qinghua Technology Park, as an important part of Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Zone, has attracted more than 100 high-tech enterprises into the park since its setting-up six years ago.
Started in 1994, the initial part of the park was brought to completion by the end of 1998 with 100,000 square meters of buildings and relevant amenities all put into operation. Tsinghua Tongfang, Tsinghua Unisplendour Group and other 20 university-run high-tech companies and over 100 high-tech enterprises have settled in the park, and on top of that, management and investment consultant companies, certified accountant offices, banks and other intermediary institutions have already started their business in the park.
So far, engineering research centers at the state and ministerial levels that have made their settlement in the park come to four and a number of scientific research results have cropped up. Aside from the above-mentioned units, some joint venture companies have also been lured to set up technology research and development offices in the park.
