Jiangsu Wuzhong to Launch VC Company

Jiangsu Wuzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. has reached an agreement on setting up a hi-tech venture capital (VC) company with Dongwu Industry Development Co. Ltd.

According to the agreement, Jiangsu Wuzhong and Dongwu will jointly set up Jiangsu Industrial Hi-tech Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Jiangsu Wuzhong invested 38 million yuan , which account for 76% of the stake.

The new company majors in investment management such as bio-gene projects and hi-tech industries involving computer software and network. (Panorama)
