CCPIT, SinoProjects Join Hands in E-Business

The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Beijing Sub-Council and the SinoProjects website (www.sinoprojects.com) reached an agreement recently to join forces in e-business.

With the assistance of the CCPIT Beijing Sub-Council, the SinoProjects, a leading networking company, will design, make and issue business information on export and import, trade of research achievements, seeking for partners, and the publicity of the well-known Beijing Hi-Tech Week.

The two sides will conduct further cooperation, including on-line promotion efforts for trade fairs and other business projects.

According to official sources, the CCPIT Beijing Sub-Council is one of the most authoritative intermediate agencies in China and has been involved in a series of major trade events over the past few years.

Meanwhile, the SinoProjects has put on line over 20,000 projects and information on over 100,000 companies and institutions that are related to these projects.

Earlier, a number of central government departments including the Computing Center of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Energy-Efficiency Information Center of the State Economic and Trade Commission have sealed strategic partnership with the SinoProjects.

A local observer pointed out that China is in its early stage of information era and as a developing nation, China has a long way to go to modernize its information industry.

The latest cooperation between the CCPIT Beijing Sub-Council is a win-win deal for local information industry to compete in the international market, he said.
