Children's Psychological Problems Serious: SurveyMany children from Beijing and other major cities are suffering from psychological ailment, according to Thursay's Beijing Youth Daily.The newspaper cited the latest survey that found that 30 percent of Tianjin's primary and middle school students suffer a certain degree of psychological ailment, and the situation in Beijing is similar. "Some 20 percent of the city's middle school students feel nauseous about going to school," the newspaper cited the survey as saying. "Children account for 10 percent of those who turn to psychological hotlines," the newspaper added. It attributed this problem to the pressure imposed by parents and anxiety caused by school examinations. "The children need more psychological care from both the family and the society," it said.
