China's Top Legislator Meets Kissinger

Li Peng, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China, held friendly talks here Wednesday night with Dr. Henry Kissinger on Sino-US relations and other issues of mutual concern.

Li is here attending the three-day millennium summit of presiding officers of national parliaments, which began Wednesday afternoon
