Uzbekistan, China Exchange Instruments of Ratification of Treaty
Uzbekistan and China exchanged instruments of ratification of an extradition treaty on Wednesday in the Uzbek capital of Tashkent, the Chinese embassy in Tashkent told Xinhua.
The treaty, signed in Beijing in November 1999, was approved respectively by the Uzbek and Chinese parliaments in February and July this year.
The treaty will enter into force on September 29.
