China West International E-Commerce Seminar Held The 2000 China West International E-Commerce Seminar and Exhibition jointly hosted by the State Plan and Development Commission, Research Center Intelligence Center under the State Council, Ministry of Information Industry Promotion Department, and State Information Center was held in Xi'an on August 29. Eight topics including venture investment and listing as well as resolutions for e-commerce were discussed in the Seminar. Meanwhile, presidents from more than 50 renowned Internet companies gathered in Xi'an for the round table forum on e-commerce and western development.
