South China Province to Attract Investment in Europe
Guangdong Province in south China will hold a series of events in Europe in September to try and attract foreign funds and strengthen economic ties with European countries.
The 2000 Guangdong (Europe) Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Trade Talks will be the largest of its kind ever held by Guangdong in Europe.
The province will invite foreign businesspeople to invest in infrastructure facilities, agriculture, textiles, food, building material industries, medicine, tourism and information sectors.
Guangdong will sponsor trade talks in Paris from September 19-21 and an investment fair in Milan, Italy, on September 14.
