First Technology Property Right Exchange to Be Opened in China
China's first Technology Property Right Exchange will hang out the shingle in Shenzhen in October. Currently it is inviting businessmen, specialized service organizations and items for operation.
According to China Business Times' report, the exchange will adopt the system of exchangers' seats and the admittance system of specialized service organizations, so as to realize the marketization, standardization and specialization in the operation of the exchange.
Under the system of exchangers' seats, every exchanger has a fixed seat and can both serve as an agent for exchanges and engage in independent exchanges. Non-exchanger will not be allowed to enter the exchange. Any items for listing which include sci-tech achievements and enterprise property right must have the recommendation of the exchangers.
Under the admittance system of specialized service organizations, the exchange will attract a group of high-quality specialized service organizations into the exchange and provide intermediary services such as accounting, assets evaluation, law, management consultations, etc. But they cannot engage in agency exchange or self-managed exchange related to sci-tech items and enterprises' property right.
