Legqog, chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Regional People's Government, met in Lhasa on Saturday with US ambassador to China Joseph Prueher.

Legqog said US businessmen are welcome to invest in infrastructure, agriculture and ecological protection since China is implementing the strategy of developing its west.
Prueher, who is on his first visit to Tibet, said he and his delegation were deeply impressed by the region's development over the past years.
