CPC Representative Leaves for Portugal
Feng Mingang, a deputy secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), left Friday for Portugal to attend the annual festival of the Avantes, a newspaper of the Portuguese Communist Party.
Feng as representative of the CPC is making the visit at the invitation of the Portuguese Communist Party.
