Changchun Film Festival Opens Website
In order to let more people know about the progress of the Fifth Changchun Film Festival in northeastern Jilin Province, a Chinese-language website with the address: http//www.cc-film.com, was launched recently.
Website content includes features and talks about the development of the Changchun film festival, masterpiece film show and an on-line chat room. Fans will not only get the latest information on the film festival, but will also be able to take part in on-line discussions and vote for their favorite film, favorite film star and favorite music score for the film.
Cui Yongquan, organizing member of the film festival, said the website was created to make good use of mass media and to connect with the audience both at home and abroad.
The festival, one of the three major film festivals in China, opens Wednesday and lasts until August 26.
