Xinhua to Launch Olympic Website
Xinhua News Agency launched an Olympic website http://aoyun.xinhuanet.com Wednesday, which will provide fast, rich, updated and almost all-inclusive contents on the Sydney Olympic Games.
The website will provide 24-hour real-time news broadcast, in-depth reports, news pictures, graphic reports and a wide range of news services for surfers, a spokesman for the website said.
The official Xinhua News Agency, which has 35 domestic branches and 98 overseas bureaus, will send 39 reporters and photographers to cover the Olympic Games.
