China Unicom Opens Data NetworkChina Unicom, one of the largest telecom operators in China, announced Wednesday that it has opened its data network CNUninet/165.A company official said that his company will list data communication high on its development plan and will invest more in this sector in the future. CNUinet is a wide-band multi-business platform. So far, several businesses have been operating on the network such as IP telephone and frame relay services.
