No More Urban Hygiene Inspection Across China
China will no longer organize nationwide urban hygiene inspection, according to Wednesday's Shanghai-based "Wenhui Daily".
Zhang Wenkang, deputy director of the National Committee for the Patriotic Public Health Campaign (NCPPHC), said that tests of some large cities will replace a nationwide hygiene inspection.
Moreover, NCPPHC will emphasize scientific preventive measures and health education both in rural and urban areas.
