Heilongjiang Audit Finds 10.2 Billion Yuan of Illegal Funds in First HalfHeilongjiang province's various auditing departments audited 2,322 work units between January and July and discovered 10.2 billion yuan in illegal funds, up 54.5% from the same period last year.Since the start of this year, the auditing departments at all levels of the province audited major funds, major departments and major projects. More than 3.6 billion yuan of illegal funds were discovered in the state appropriations for developing technology, funds earmarked for developing undeveloped areas, water conservation subsidies and fifteen administrative fees.
