Technology Trade Brisk up in Shanghai
Shanghai has witnessed a brisk atmosphere in trading the technological achievements since the beginning of this year.
During the first half of this year, 7347 technique transactions were contracted with the total value reaching 1.9 billion yuan, a figure more than two times over that of the same period last year. It's a record high.
Since last spring, departments for technological transactions in Shanghai have been adopting an active attitude in offering services to factories and enterprises in more flexible ways and diversified forms. To make enterprises know more about new techniques and buy them, they have organized 49 technological and business talks in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui, Nanjing, Fujian, Jiangxi and Shandong provinces. With the result, a lot of badly needed techniques were introduced, of which the most welcomed were the intensive processing of freshwater fish and life garbage treatment. Many research institutions, such as Fudan University, Shanghai University for Science & Technology, Shanghai University, East China University of Science and Technology, Jiao Tong University as well as Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry have developed a great many new techniques and products in line with special requirements of enterprises. They have also solved over five hundred technological problems, which have greatly upgraded the products and technology of enterprises.
Technological achievements are also made to take an active part in the western development projects. Shanghai Technology Trade Institution has conducted cooperation with 35 counterparts in Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Chengdu, Taiyuan, Xi'an, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia. A network on technique transactions has been formed and those who have consulted technological achievements via the network have surpassed 100 thousand person times.
