Telecom Charges Based on Seconds in Sight
China Telecom recently launched a debug on some new telecom settlement systems co-developed by 60 companies with a newly developed software, according to Panorama.
The new system facilitates the adjustment of telecom payment system, and complaints of charges based on minutes instead of seconds as well as the printing of local call list can be solved by the system.
The new payment platform is easier to be operated, according to general manager of China Welfare Commercial Machinery Group. The design catering for subscribers makes telecom charges more accurate, whether based on minutes or seconds, he said.
