PLA Delegation Leaves for Russia, Finland

A goodwill delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), led by Yang Guoliang, commander of the Second Artillery Force, left Beijing Thursday for a goodwill visit to Russia and Finland.

The delegation is making the visit at the invitations of the two countries' defense ministries.
