11 Dead in Collision of Two Planes in US
Two small planes collided Wednesday over southern New Jersey, killing 11 people aboard the aircraft.Wreckage crashed into a house and set it on fire,but its two residents escaped. Eight of those killed were aboard a daily shuttle flight that took off from Lakehurst Naval Air Engineering Station, a spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration said. Two people a flight instructor and a student died on the second plane, a Piper Seminole from Northeast Philadelphia Airport.
