China Children's Dance Contest Winners Get Prizes

Prizes were awarded to the winners of the National Children's Dance Contest Sunday in this north China municipality.

The top children's dance contest in China, the competition is part of China's prestigious "Lotus Cup" Dance Contest.

More than 400 performers from 30 provinces, regions and cities took part in the contest. Of them, 32 award-winning programs have been staged at the current International Children's Art Festival here.

Some 800 people from around the country attended today's awards ceremony.
