Non-Communist Party Submits Suggestions on Western Development

Members of the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA), a non-Communist organization, raised a great number of valuable suggestion on China's west development campaign at a conference in this capital city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Friday.

Over 60 CDNCA members from 11 provinces and autonomous region in the western part of China attended the three-day conference. The conference focused on new ideas and new methods to be implemented in developing western China, east-west cooperation and developing the non-public sector in the western regions.

Participants made suggestions on improving the environment, utilizing limited water resources and improving investment environment.
