Buhe Meets Rodong Sinmun DelegationBuhe, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, met with the DPRK Rodong Sinmun Delegation,headed by Deputy Editor-in-chief Choi Yang Ho on August 3. Buhe expressed welcome to the delegation. He said,China and the Korea are close neighbors, the traditional friendship was nurtured by leaders of older generation of the two countries.The exchange of visits by top leaders of the two countries has enhanced the development of relations between the two countries.The two countries have extended mutual support and assistance and made their contributions to the socialist constructions in their countries. The Chinese people are very happy to see the progress the Korean people have made in building up their country and the success of the historic Summit Meeting in the Korea peninsula.Buhe also briefed the delegation on China's achievements in recent years' economic construction. Rodong Sinmun Delegation is visiting China at the invitation of the People's Daily. |
