Israeli Foreign Minister David Levy resigned from Prime Minister Ehud Barak's coalition government on Wednesday due to his disagreement to Barak's concessions to the Palestinians over the Jerusalem issue.
Levy told reporters that it is impossible for him to continue to be Israeli foreign minister, adding he has no option to resign.
His resignation has been viewed as a new blow to Barak's crippled government.
