Senior Lawmaker Meets Cape Verde Parliament Speaker

Chinese Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) He Luli met in Beijing Tuesday with a Cape Verde Parliament delegation led by its speaker Antonio do Espirito Santo Fonseca.

They exchanged views on bilateral relations and other matters of mutual interest.

Invited by Li Peng, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, the Cape Verde guests arrived in Beijing this morning for a five-day official visit to China.
