Anti-Milosevic 'Plot' FoiledThe Yugoslav Government says it has arrested four Dutch men allegedly planning to kidnap or kill President Slobodan Milosevic.Officials released a film showing one of the four men saying the group planned to kidnap the Yugoslav leader, an indicted war criminal, or failing that "cut off his head". It is the latest of a number of plots to assassinate Mr Milosevic which the Yugoslav authorities say they have uncovered in recent months. Information Minister Goran Matic said his officials believe that the four men, posing as amateurs, are actually assassins sent by Western intelligence agencies. He said they believed the group were seeking to cash in on the $5m reward offered by the United States for information leading to the arrest of any wanted Serbian war criminals. Speaking at a news conference, Mr Matic said the four men had been arrested on Yugoslavian territory just before the G8 summit in Okinawa, earlier this month.
