The steles are now kept inside the mausoleum. Local sources said that the Mausoleum of Shundi has just been repaired costing 32 million yuan, including donations from Taiwan compatriots. The repaired ancestral grave area now covers 20,000 sq m. Zhou Yongliang, one of the organizers, said the activities are designed to carry forward traditional Chinese values and strengthen the spirit of the Chinese nation. |
