Chinese Team Wins International Mathematical Olympiad
The Chinese team scored the highest group score with 218 points in the 41st
International Mathematical Olympiad
held in Seoul, Korea from July 13 to 24. All six members of the Chinese team received gold medals in the international math competition.
Coming in second of group competition was
Russia
, followed by America and the hosts Korea.
461 competitors from 82 teams entered the competition.
